People often define health and fitness as one and the same thing but in reality health and fitness both are two different things.health means being free from disease, when ever a person says he is healthy it means he is not having any disease but it doesn't mean that he is fit whereas being fit means you are healthy and fit both altogether. let's understand it in a better way for example a fatty or obese person can be categorized as healthy if he doesn't have any disease but he can't be categorized as fit. There is a minor difference between finess and health and it's very important to understand it.

fitness is a very broad term.It means being not only just healthy but a step above it where there is health in all three directions mind body and soul not only just absence of disease.one must always try to stay fit rather then being healthy because a fit person is always healthy but a healthy person doesn't necessarily has to be fit always.fitness can be achieved by healthy lifestyle which includes going for regular relaxation of body and mind to stay away from physical and mental stress.
Ways to stay healthy and fit:
- Regular exercise,
- aerobics,
- dance,
- zumba,
- yoga,
- meditation,
- breathing exercises,
- healthy diet etc are best ways to stay fit life long.

The benefits of staying fit are countless but the most important one is that you can stay happy and peaceful free from all stress and worries and this is what we actually want in reality - That is to live a beautiful life with full of happiness and smiles.When you are happy from inside no negative thoughts can affect you or penetrate you , they may come but they can't last for a longer time because your positivity will over power it And when there is no stress or worry you will be in good mood you can spread happiness around you , make your family , friends and everyone coming in your contact happy and cheerful and which is the best way of living life.Moreover you can earn more money in a better way as your mind won't be occupied with worries and tensions.Infact you will enjoy each and every thing.
