Face yoga

Word yoga is very much famous now a days for maintaining good health without any side effects. Face yoga is a new trend to remove signs of aging and to prevent it naturally.

Apart from face yoga healthy diet rich in nutrients, fibres, minerals, antioxidants and vitamins is also necessary to make the maximum benefits out of face yoga.

The following are some of the face yoga postures which when done regularly for 10-15 min can solve most of your face problems and give you a flawless skin.

1) Ballooning of cheeks - 

This exercise needs to be done in two ways one is bilateral where we inflate both cheeks with air simultaneously and second is unilateral where we inflate the cheek one after another alternately right followed by left cheek. Cheeks must be inflated to their maximum capacity and air must me hold till d point your cheeks begin to pain and then slowly and steadily the air is blown out from your mouth. Repeat it for 5 times.

2) whistling -

One has to take the posture of mouth as if he will whistle or pout. Here air is to be taken in and blown out slowly. Repeat it for 5 times.

3) kissing  -

Here you have to kiss any object or act as if you are kissing.This you have to repeat 10 times.

4) eye lifts -

Rub your palms with each other till they become hot and warm. Then apply his hot palm immediately over one eye and lock it tightly and then after few seconds lift that palm suddenly so that the vacuum created below your palm lifts the eye and prevents it from deepingdown into the eye socket.repeat it 3 times for each eye.

5) eye massage -

Massage the area below your eyes gently with fingers running outwards.start gentle tapping with fingers from eye area near the nose and slowly and gradually proceed towards your eye end by tapping.reapeat it for 4 times.same is to be repeated in the area over your eyelid below your eyebrow.

Exercises to fight corona

Corona virus is the worldwide burning problem in today's time..but there are certain simple and easy exercise ways that helps to you to stay healthy and protected from corona...

1) breathing exercises for lungs:

  It is the best exercise to maintain good lung perfusion.It helps your lungs to accommodate even lower levels of oxygen in blood..it's the best exercise for hypoxic conditions, at the time of crises lungs can't tolerate lower oxygen levels leading to breathlessness and this can be easily over comed by deep breathing exercises.The importance of this exercise is to keep lungs healthy and working even in low oxygen levels.

Method: 

The exercise can be done in 3,5,7 sets. Initially you can start with 3 sets and later on after doing regularly 3 sets for 15-20 days you can start 5 sets and in similar way reach to 7 sets.
Each set consists of 3 phases. first phase is of deep inhalation, in this stage you have to count 1-10 in your mind and start inhaling slowly and steadily. Then comes second phase where u have to count from 1-10 in your mind and stop breathing..you can also increase the time of this stage by counting 1-20 as per your convenience.then comes the Thursday and last phase in which u have to count 1-20 in your mind and slowly start expiration.keep in mind expiration must be as slow and smooth as possible. 

All the three phases must be done in continuation and they form one set.
Such 3 sets are to done in early morning open air before breakfast.

Time taken -10-15 min


2) regular brisk walk-

Slow and steady brisk walk without taking any breaks.Maintain equal speed throughout the walk with no rest in between.speed can be as per your convenience but it must remain same throughout your walk.

Time taken: 10 min

Hair problems are very common now a days but their solutions are also very simple you just need  to pay attention to it.

* Maintain chemically-treated or natural hair in optimal health. 
* Stop hair breakage, protein/moisture balancing method. 
* Regulate product pH balance for shinier, more manageable hair. 
* Grow hair longer, stronger and healthier for life! 

now how can you do this? its very simple

here are few tips that you can follow as solutions for hair problems.there are 3 phases for it

  1. cleaning or shampooing
  2. oiling or massaging
  3. food
  4. do's and dont's

cleaning/ shampooing- 

it must be done using natural ingredients as far as possible. aritha , shikakai and amla are best ingredients to wash hairs along with shoeflower. all this ingredients are to be soaked over night in 
2:1:1:1:1 ratio for hair length upto shoulders or arms.and then in morning boil this mixture allow it to cool and then apply over hair roots after filtering it with cloth or sieve and use the water as shampoo.you cant store this mixture you have to prepare it fresh everytime.it is the best natural wayto maintain good hair texture and growth. though the foam will be minimum in it but hairs will be cleaned completely and  gradually you will get used to it. you can repeat the process alternate day or every day depending on your hair type, perspiration, pollution etc
  • dry hairs must do it alternate day
  • oily hairs must do it every day
  • if perspiration is frequent then you have to clean every day 
  • if infrequent then you can do it twice or thrice per week
  • if you live or work in the area with air or dust pollution then do the process everyday

oiling or massaging

it is very essential to moisten your hairs esp if they are dry.people with oily hairs can oil their hairs once a week and people with dry hairs have to oil evry alternate day.or every night and wash them next day morning.oiling is done to improve circulation in scalp.in foreign countries there is no trend of oiling hairs but there pollution is also less more over the products used by them are standard and less hazardous compared to those that are available in india. so they dont oil..but they may use spa or serum or conditioner regularly and massage their hairs  regularly. the importance of oiling is to moisten the dry cuticle and to increase hair circulation.massage should be always done with finger tips slowly and in circular pattern for almost 10-15 min til the entire scalp temperature slightly rises.you can use any herbal oil for hairs but i would recommend castor oil 5 drops with coconut oil , amla oil, almond oil, olive oil mixture in 1:1:1:1 proportion pour some curry leaves 10-12 and then heat the mixture mix it well and allow it to cool slight if you have vit e capsule then now you can open up one capsule and add few drops from it into the mixture and then apply this mixture on hairs at night over scalp using finger tip. keep it over night and then wash it in morning if you want

food

  • one must eat healthy food if they face hair problems.
  • eat proteins esp sprouts , milk , salad etc
  • everday take one bowl of sprouted moong in  morning around 11 am for best results

dos and donts

  • eat healthy food avoid spicy and oily food
  • do yoga and other aerobic exercise
  • do skipping everyday upto 900 counts early morning on waking
  • do breathing exercises
  • dont use shampoo with silicone, 
  • avoid hair dyes and hair colours
  • use heena, indigo, amla, shoeflower to color your hair naturally
  • avoid hair straigtners, hair curls  and hair dryers

International women's day

                  International women's day


Is international women's day so important that it needs to be celebrated ? if yes then why women's day is just celebrated for one day but not taken into consideration in day to day life. out of 365 days people disrespect women, dominate her 364 days and on remaining one day they celebrate international women's day ..do you really think it is the right way to show importance of women's days or rather the correct way?

female dignity:

have you ever tried to maintain decorum and respect of your sister or wife or mother..in most of the cases a mother or sister decorum is maintained upto some extent but the wife's decorum or dignity is never maintained..people often strongly believe that they shouldnt disrespect their mothers or sisters and are ready to stand when any injustice happens to them but on the other hand do they believe strongly that they must maintain respect of their wife's and other females too?do they take stand of their wives or females when there is any injustice being done to them by their own friends or family members?

high time to understand:

in olden days males used to beat their wives and consider them as their personal property or a showpiece of house who is just kept aside in a house but has no right to say...now adays also the same trend is being continued but just the difference is that now males dont beat but they use words as weapons to hurt females or their wives when doesnt happen as per his will. even now women especially daughter in laws dont have the right to say or give their opinion in house matters..
accepting their opinion is diffrent thing but they are not even allowed to put forward their views..
and whenever they try to do so their husband will prevent her from doing so, for the sake of RESPECT for his family members...he often forgets that the female whom he is preventing from expressing is also a living human being with emotions...for him dignity of his family and himself is important but at that time he forgets the dignity of his wife...and to add to this worse situation he starts judging his wife, her relatves, her parents etc ..and finally it ends into  disturb relationship for which  again he will blame his wife ........this is the scenario of each and every house even today...

in other context if a female will rebel or stand for her dignity or opinions she will be asked to move out of the house...as if she was never a part of it..sometimes she will be even asked for divorce by her husband as a punishment of expressing her opinion in front of others..this is the height upto which people go..and then too they celebrate women's day....these two faced people have no right to stay  in society ..and its high time they understand this fact and the injustice that they are doing with women of our society.

Hair problems are very common nowdays due to disturb lifestyle, unhealthy food habits, stress, increasing work load, pollution, climate disturbances, disturb sleep, various diseases like bp, diabetes, thyroid etc.All these are very common things influencing hair and creating hair problems like hair falling, dry hair , grey hair etc.Today we are going to discuss these hair problems and learn simple but  effective solutions for it.

Hair structure


Hairs are specially modified keratinized structure so they have a strong texture basically consisting of

  1. Hair bulb
  2. Hair root or hair follicle
  3. Hair shaft and
  4. Hair tip.

Description And Solutions:

Among all the three hair parts the root is the most important part whose nourishing is very important in order to get good hair texture.If the root is not properly nourished then it may weaken the hair texture leading to split or dry hairs, hair falling etc.so proper nourishment is very much important to maintain healthy hair texture.

Second important thing apart from nourishment is cleansing.hair cleansing is a very simple but important process.regular hair cleaning depending on your hair types helps in preventing secondary infections like dandruff, alopecia areata etc.frequency of cleaning depends on hair type and your work or occupation.if they are oily and are more exposed to dust or sweat then you have to wash them daily or on alternate day and if they are dry then you have to moisturize them properly and then wash twice a week.

People often define health and fitness as one and the same thing but in reality health and fitness both are two different things.health means being free from disease, when ever a person says he is healthy it means he is not having any disease but it doesn't mean that he is fit whereas being fit means you are healthy and fit both altogether. let's understand it in a better way for example a fatty or obese person can be categorized as healthy if he doesn't have any disease but he can't be categorized as fit. There is a minor difference between finess and health and it's very important to understand it.
